good day guys. i have this case. i attempted read boot info on a032m, and i got this error. phone in dead state now.

SELECTED: SM-A032M
[0]ACTION: Boot Info
Start Detect phone.
Phone must be off(you can service this phone without battery also).
Long press "VOL -"+ "VOL +" key while inserting usb cable.
Keep key untill boot complete.
Detected: SPRD U2S Diag (COM83)
Error send payload.
Error connecting phone.
Exe version: Unisoc Module 2.2.4
 
ok guys problem solved by installing module 2.2.5 and reprogram phone with extracted odin firmware(no repartition and removed super.img). phone is now alive. thanks nck team, u rock

brother can you share some details on how you did this process.

no I did not , i have managed to brick 3 other mainboards so far though :)
so far i have downloaded the firmware:
and attempted to flash with this firmware and have not managed to flash it .

maybe you doing something wrong. what error do u get when trying to flash downloaded firmware?
