I'm reaching out for urgent assistance regarding my NCK Pro Box (UMT + NCK) that I purchased on May 27, 2025. Despite my best efforts, I've been completely unable to use it for various crucial tasks, and I'm encountering persistent issues that are severely impacting my work.
My main problem is that the Samsung, Qualcomm, and MediaTek modules all inexplicably demand a 14-digit serial number. I have no idea where to find or provide this, rendering these essential functionalities entirely useless for me.
Beyond that, I'm facing specific challenges with several devices:
* **Motorola Moto G7:** I cannot get the FRP lock off this device.
* **Samsung A16:** I'm stuck on both the FRP and network lock for this phone.
* **Samsung A15 (Two Devices):** One is a T-Mobile device and the other is a Tracfone. I need to perform screen replacements and network unlocking on both, but the tool isn't helping.
* **Samsung Tab A9+ 5G:** I'm struggling with network unlocking this tablet.
The inability to effectively use this tool, which I specifically bought to enhance my mobile device servicing capabilities, has led to significant downtime and lost opportunities. I invested in the NCK Pro Box expecting a reliable solution, but my experience so far has been incredibly frustrating.
Has anyone else encountered the 14-digit serial number request for the Samsung, Qualcomm, or MediaTek modules?
