Realme 11 Pro RMX3771 / MT6877 - RAM Config Read Error after DA2 OK

I am having a problem with Realme 11 Pro RMX3771 using NCK Online MTK Preloader Tool v0.4.

Selected configuration:
- Custom Model List
- Brand: REALME
- Model: Realme 11 Pro
- Connection: PRELOADER

Device is detected correctly and communication starts successfully.

Log:

The exact same error happens with:
- Read Info
- Erase Userdata

I also tried using the official RMX3771 preloader:
preloader_k6877v1_64.bin

This file was extracted from the official RMX3771 Android 15 firmware package:
RMX3771GDPR_11_15.0.0.900EX01

Using Custom Preloader gives the same result:
DA2 OK -> RAM Config Read Error.

My goal is only to perform a factory reset / erase userdata on my own device.

Could you please check if the current Realme 11 Pro RMX3771 profile has an issue with the MT6877 RAM/EMI configuration?

If an updated DA / loader / model profile or test build is available for RMX3771, please provide it. The device remains fully bootable after the failed operation, so the failure appears to occur before storage/partition initialization.
