In above image, you can easily understand pinouts of any SDCARD reader.

In order to connect your device to ISP Interface, mostly you need only DATA0, CLK, CMD, VCC, VCCQ and GND.

In some devices, you must connect VCCQ which is typically 1.8v. As there is no 1.8v supply in SDCARD, mostly people connect VCC to VCCQ, but in some cases, it may cause damaged.

If you have other ISP hardware, which appears in Device Manager under Disk Drives, you can also use that.

We have our own hardware which is very much safe and easy to use. Till then, if you want, you may continue using SDCard Reader.
