It won't let me update

I recently opened the main module for the first time to update the smart card, but curiously it tells me that I have tried several times, it seems quite strange to me because I have never done it during the day, and it seems even more strange to me that it tells me that jotengk license is active. yes recently on September 24 I did the renewal successfully

 

[Fast Unlocking]

1. you did activation from non official reseller.
2. server never show wrong so your reseller did not activate else you will not have expire msg
3. Once you get proper activations added for REAL then you can update your card.

Thumb rule: Always buy from official reseller not from cheapest.
